The Best Secretary of Defense, Ever!

It is widely acknowledged (by at least by Sister Norma-Jean and me anyway) that President George W. Bush was the greatest president, ever.

Now we are seeing that Donald Rumsfeld was the greatest Secretary of Defense of all time.
